This website

Well, basically you’ve already seen and used this website by now. So you know what this is about: its about me!

Basically, everything you see here was created by me, from scratch… except the little icons you see on the top navigation bar. The programmed parts of this website:

  • The shoutbox
  • Posts of the past
  • Random links
  • Recent chitchat
  • The entire blogging system (posts, comments, etc)
  • The RSS feed generator (makes a new feed whenever I do a post)

Things used:

  • PHP
  • MySQL
  • JavaScript
  • A bit of phpMyAdmin
  • Dreamweaver
  • Fireworks
  • Firefox and IE for testing :)

One feature that I think is really great is the comments! You just click “Comments” and you get to see and post comments on the same page! I’ve used AJAX techniques to do all those “dynamics”. This part took a bit of work, but finally came off really great!

    hi

    I enjoyed your site and i was wondering, where has the opencv articles you wrote in here gone to? it was really helpful for me and now i can’t seem to find it again.

    did you remove it? :(

    btw, thanks for the guide before on opencv

    Sorry for the inconvenience with the opencv tuts. I’ve removed them from this website, but i’m moving them to another location… i’ll ping you when the “website shift” is done… should take around a week more :)

    How about a little update on this page as well, since u’ve done a site redesign? A lil info about the site redesign will be a cool add-on to this page! :)
